Hey there I am JW Ginn and I am a thirty-something year old father of 4 kids under the age of 7. I am married to the Jennifer who is the most patient woman I have ever met.  We actually met online almost 10 years ago when I was in Canada and she was at home in the mid-west U.S.  My life is what it is because of the family I’ve been blessed with.

I am a storyteller, an encourager and a student of marketing, mindset and goal setting.  I am also an internet marketer.  Don’t be surprised to see all of those blend together with more besides.  I hope to entertain, encourage and challenge you to a better you.

I hope to make you laugh, cry, think, and change.

I started the Integrity in Marketing site with you in mind.  I hope to share common sense advice blended with personal experience in a way that is captivating.   I’ll also talk a lot about my kids – A lot!!

Ultimately, there are a few key things that I want you to know about me:

• I’m not about hype, promises, smoke & mirrors – you can find that in plenty of other places.  I am about slow & steady, consistency, setting goals, building success, developing relationships and making a difference.
• I am passionate about service. A part of that for me is taking time to build relationships with you – my friend.  I believe that critical to any relationship is the power of story. (I tell a lot of those) Each customer interaction is a mini-story and it is only through listening and observing that you can begin to offer marketing that makes a difference.
• (This is huge) If you choose to spend time listening to me - my commitment to you is to be an enthusiastic and entertaining voice presenting reliable and quality information and products (sometimes) in order to to help you succeed.
